Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strata experience is required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret financial data.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
Experience in the implementation of finance systems or software is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Manage the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and reviewing financial statements
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures
Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
